We Built What We Needed. Now We're Sharing It With You.
PERSEVERE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS
COMPASS and Talent Connect are Persevere products, developed by Banyan Labs, Persevere's social enterprise, with contributions from graduates who brought firsthand experience, subject-matter expertise and technical skills.
Persevere needed tools that fit the realities of transitional housing, reentry, career development and employment services. Off-the-shelf systems didn't, so we developed our own through Banyan Labs. Now we're sharing them with organizations facing similar challenges.
When the software did not fit the mission, we built what we needed.
Organizations working in reentry, transitional housing, and workforce development often face complex, highly individualized service needs. Generic software can create workarounds, disconnected processes, and unnecessary administrative burden. Rather than asking our teams and participants to conform to technology that did not reflect the work, we created solutions through Banyan Labs, our social enterprise, grounded in daily operations and informed by the people closest to the challenge.
Our Solutions

More coordinated support for transitional housing and reentry programs.
COMPASS is a Persevere product, developed by Banyan Labs to address practical challenges in Persevere's transitional housing operations. It offers a case-management-focused approach for organizations that support residents, coordinate services, and follow progress over time, informed by the realities of reentry and the people who have lived and supported those transitions.

Connecting talent, opportunity, and the path to a lasting career.
Talent Connect is a Persevere product, developed by Banyan Labs to address the gap between preparing people for work and connecting them with meaningful opportunities. Built on Persevere's workforce experience, it is positioned to help organizations, employers, and partners look beyond a generic job listing toward a more supported career connection.
