Stacey leads Persevere's day-to-day operations and strategic growth with a passion for data-driven impact. Her focus on accountability, employer partnerships, and program quality has helped Persevere achieve an 83.7% job placement rate and expand into new states. She is committed to ensuring every graduate has the tools and support they need to build a lasting career.
