Your Path, Your Power: A Career Exploration Event for Youth & Families

Your Path, Your Power is a free, community-centered event designed to inspire youth and young adults to explore career possibilities while creating space for families to connect, learn, and grow together.
This event is hosted by Persevere, a nonprofit that empowers justice-impacted individuals through tech education, workforce training, and holistic support.
Open to Persevere graduates and their families, this event is all about exposure, empowerment, and opportunity. You’ll hear directly from professionals across multiple industries who will share their personal career journeys during our featured Power Hour panel. Plus, enjoy lunch, music, a family-friendly Kids Zone, and plenty of time to connect with local vendors and community organizations.
