Stephen Davis has nearly 30 plus years of experience in the construction industry. After earning a degree from the University of Tennessee, his professional career started with the General Electric Company before he left to start The Will Group, previously known as Electrical Resource Management. The Will Group comprises several entities that provide diverse lighting products, services and solutions and has been named by Black Enterprise Magazine as one of the Top 100 Black businesses in the country numerous times. 

Mr. Davis has been an active member of Chicago’s business community for several decades. He currently serves as Commissioner of Aviation (Board Chair) of the DuPage Airport Authority, on the Boards of the Trust Company of Illinois, PMI Energy Solutions, and Inland Real Estate Trust, specifically on Inland’s Audit and Compensation committees, previously on the Board of Wheaton Bank and Trust, and is currently a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and the University Club of Chicago. 

Mr. Davis and his family created the William and Mary Davis foundation, which funds programs that help individuals find purpose and empowerment. His philanthropic efforts also include the Tuskegee Next Foundation, a program that helps train the next generation of African American pilots and Purpose by Design, a mentoring program for teens.
