Jodi Anderson

Jodi Anderson Jr. is the Co-Founder of Rézme, an EdTech platform that supports economic and social mobility for socio-economically disadvantaged citizens. Rézme connects users with specialized recruiting, professional development, and personalized learning opportunities, empowering them to achieve their career goals and contribute to their communities. 

Jodi’s vision for Rézme stems from his own life journey, overcoming poverty, foster care, and incarceration to pursue higher education and entrepreneurship.

With a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from Stanford University, Jodi has a strong academic background in political science, education, and technology. He is also a Deputy Director of Technological Innovation at Cornell University ILR School, where he leads the development and implementation of digital solutions for justice-involved individuals. Additionally, he is a Research Assistant at Stanford Digital Learning Design Challenge, where he helps early-stage EdTech entrepreneurs access essential resources and evaluates the impact of various EdTech tools. 

Jodi is passionate about creating opportunities for every citizen to obtain the necessary knowledge and skills to thrive in the 21st century. He is a skilled program coordinator, strategist, and community organizer, with a proven track record of collaborating with leaders across different sectors to advance educational equity and social justice.
