Pathways to Fall Success: Family Reunification

Brandi is passionate about supporting others in their rise to success by recognizing the skills they already possess and building from there. Believing that every person is unique and has a powerful story, Brandi emphasizes the importance of meeting people where they are.

After earning a Master’s in Clinical Counseling in 2014, Brandi worked with women in recovery before transitioning to emergency services. For 8 years as a 911 dispatcher, she applied her mental health expertise daily, guiding individuals through crises. During that time, Brandi also served as a peer supporter, trainer in mental health and resiliency skills, and a national trainer for VALOR, a program dedicated to equipping first responders with resilience tools for both their professional and personal lives.

Now, as a part of the Persevere team, Brandi is honored to empower the organization’s developers on their unique journeys. The resiliency and growth she witnesses in the classroom continue to inspire and motivate her every day. Connect on LinkedIn
