Zach Hosman worked as a Program Manager, co-CEO, and Regional Director for Persevere from 2019 to 2023. He started and grew the Arizona program to three locations. Opened the South Carolina program, and finalized contracts and began operations in Virginia, Florida, and Nebraska. His passion and motivation for the Persevere movement are unique, he is Sean Hosman‘s oldest son and as such, has lived through the results of addiction, the criminal justice system, and recovery from the child’s perspective. 

He is currently the owner/operator of a Crumbl cookie franchise in South Carolina, real estate investor and agent, avid runner, golfer, and a new dad! He looks forward to helping continue Persevere’s growth in becoming not just a program, but a movement across the nation!
